You have lost your property in one of our trains? We will do our best to respond to your enquiries and reunite you with your property - however sometimes this is likely to take longer than usual.

All items which have been found are being stored securely and will be catalogued and processed as soon as we are safely able to do so.

Once we have confirmed that we have found your property, we will let you know how you can reclaim it. Items may be collected from our office or couriered to you for an additional cost.

Convenient & modern

Each metronom has more than 600 comfortable seats with generous legroom. Particularly popular are the 4 seats with a large table on the first floor. The trains are quiet, air-suspended and pleasantly air-conditioned in all seasons.

The railway is the most environmentally friendly transportation - the metronome even more so. Power transmissions, guaranteed low emissions and 160 km/h fast.

Easy & In time

Buy a valid ticket and start your journey. For the metronom, all tickets of the HVV, GVH, VBN, VSN and Niedersachsentarif apply. At every station you will find at least one yellow ticket machine – fast and easy to get to your ticket.

Helpful & friendly

At least two friendly attendants on each train. Also a competent customer center. So, you get help and advice at any time.
